Before I left town I already knew that I wanted to make an extra special gift for my Paper Pumpkin subscribers so I found these fun mason jar lids on Amazon so that everyone can put their twine from their recent kits in a mason jar and keep them handy and organized! These will be sent out with a note of thanks for being a loyal subscriber next week to all of my subscribers!

Now my alternate card took a bit more work and puzzling once I was here in ABQ. I went ahead and did my Tuesday at 2pm Facebook Live video from the hotel to showcase how easy it is to travel with your Paper Pumpkins (how many of you do that?).
I knew that the two leaf patterns reminded me of angel wings but I wasn't quite sure how to make this happen. I saw that a heart cut out might make the body of the angel and a sequin might be a good gold halo.... So working with my limited supplies here in the hotel I came up with this!!

I hope everyone sees the angel... And I thought the use of the inside of an envelope was genius since I hadn't thought to bring any coordinating color cardstock with me on the trip.
I hope you love this kit as much as I do!! I know I will be making all sorts of creative cards from the leftovers from this kit and donating some feathers to my daughters 4th grade class for their Native American projects this month...
