Happy crafting,

Thanks for stopping by the Stampin' Friends Blog Hop this month! We have some pretty cool projects for you to check out-- all in hopes of it starting to feel like fall soon here in Texas. Right now it's been feeling like 115 degrees... which is very un-fall indeed. So inspiration wasn't happening for me, until I started playing with the Harvest Hello bundle! Both my projects use a little piece of the new Holiday Catalog Come to Gather Designer Series Paper because that's all I wanted to spare! lol! It's so pretty! I used the super cute notecards and envelopes to make these projects and the new Delicata Gold ink. It's so pretty! I have missed having metallic inks so much!! My 3D project features the same Scalloped note cards and envelopes (well only the envelope). I sealed it up and trimmed off the top to make a super cute pouch. I wrapped the pouch with a piece of the woodgrain DSP from the Come to Gather DSP and a bit of the Cajun Craze thread! I decided to slip in something "appley"-- a packet of spiced cider -- and used the Circle Tab Punch to make the pull tab for it. I also used the new upcoming To Every Season stamp set and Every Season mini punches for the cute leaf punchout and the sentiment in the apple! Here are the two projects together- maybe some untraditional fall colors, but I think I know some teachers who will be jazzed to get this pick me up in a few weeks (once the temps cool off a little bit...) Also, here is a tip for any of our "builder" punches... Punch out a piece of thick white cardstock and use that to line up the stamp pieces so that you can easily stamp and punch all in one go. Don't forget to hop around the other blogs and see what everyone else is making for fall projects... I love all these crafty women and their work! Hoppers Thanks so much for stopping by! If you don't have a Holiday catalog, let me know below. I would love to be your demonstrator!
Happy crafting, Melissa

Awesome projects for teacher gifts, Melissa! The cider is a fun idea and I love how you used the scallop note cards, too. I haven't purchased this bundle yet and now it's on top of my list. Thanks for the inspiration!

Adorable card and cider pouch. I love the idea of using the white cardstock for a template to use with the builder punches.
