First, I made seven of these notecards for my Girl Scout Troop of Cadettes who are really close to earning their Bronze Award. Once they do, they will each get a custom card from me! And it was easy to make. I used 1/4 of a card base as the DSP and some Bronze Foil paper that I die cut the circle from the Tasteful Textures dies. They have persisted through a pandemic to work on their goal of educating younger Girl Scouts about the how to "Leave No Trace."
Now, the sentiment, "This calls for a celebration" is perfect for right now-- because next week my troop will be bridging to Cadette. I used Gold embossing powder with a vintage stamp set and six colors of ink watercolored on to a piece of shimmery white cardstock (Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Crushed Curry, Garden Green, Pacific Point, and Gorgeous Grape)! We were supposed to be bridging in Savannah but I am hopeful that we can go next summer. Hopefully, I can love on them at bridging and they will feel the love!
