Thanks for hopping over here from Andrea's blog! I just love her and her projects-- always! I was so excited for this month's kit as I hoped that I could use some for Halloween (just a quiet event on our street this year) and some for our Thanksgiving tablescape! They will make cute placecards!
I don't really love lots of tiny things but the treat packages are adorable and the cats-- eeeeekkk! I had a black cat for a few years in college and law school (Stormy). She was the best!! Then my friend Bobbiejean took her after I got married to Jonathan (who is allergic to cats...)
Normally I do a card and 3D project but when we get a bunch of 3D projects I usually showcase two cards and I really love these! The first one features the pieces of paper that remind me of the Spanish banners... papel picado. And the small buffalo check diamonds from the cracker boxes!
And the second card was fun to make. I traced a circle from a die set and then just used a million glue dots to glue down all the colored leaves. I did trim the one stitched rectangle down to put behind the Give Thanks banner.
I hope you loved these projects-- keep hopping along! And if you want to see my make the first card live-- check out my Facebook live here! Follow my Facebook page-- I go live every Wednesday!!
