This month I almost missed the Stampin' Friends Blog Hop! We were vacationing in Charleston at the beach, having a grand time finishing out our summer with a BANG, when I saw that we were hopping with a fall theme this week! EEK!
I love the fall. It truly is my favorite time! I love everything about it- football, baking, soups, cooler temps, and back to school! For my card I decided to go super simple but highlight the beautiful Blended Seasons bundle that Stampin' Up! is offering only this month.

I used Mossy Meadow cardstock and ink for the sentiment (so excited this color is back!) plus Memento ink for the wheat so that I could color them in with the Crushed Curry Watercolor Pencils and the Blender Pen. A touch of gold thread and some Wood Textures DSP and this card was done in under 10 minutes!

Now for my 3D project I decided to highlight a project that I did this summer (a four seasons panel of art work that can be changed out) but that features our other watercolor medium- Brusho Watercolor Crystals and our other seasonal stamp set- Colorful Seasons.
Now for my 3D project I decided to highlight a project that I did this summer (a four seasons panel of art work that can be changed out) but that features our other watercolor medium- Brusho Watercolor Crystals and our other seasonal stamp set- Colorful Seasons.
For this panel I heat embossed in copper on vellum the leaf images and then I painted the wells with the Brusho that I had mixed up in a little palette. The final touch was to stamp the sentiment right onto the vellum with Cajun Craze- the ultimate fall color!
